Spend time cooling off in your private pool after a long hot-weather hike. Aside from the beach, lots of local restaurants and shops are within walking or biking distance, with jungle adventures at Diamante Eco Adventure Park, Monkey Jungle Zip Line Canopy Tour, golf courses, and miles of gorgeous coastline all within 13 miles. This home is also just walking distance to Playa Conchal.

At home, start each day with coffee on your shady lanai, overlooking the pool and the tropically landscaped backyard. Large accordion doors onto the lanai from the main living space and both bedrooms create true indoor/outdoor living space, and flood the home with abundant light and cool breezes. The sleek, modern kitchen features a full suite of stainless steel appliances and plenty of mealtime seating at the wraparound breakfast bar that extends to a pass-through on the lanai.

Spend the day at the beach, then come home to rinse off in the outdoor shower before throwing the day’s clothes in the washer/dryer for a refresh. Relax with a bit of TV, upload the day’s pics to social media with the free WiFi, or unplug entirely with evening cocktails back out on the lanai.
