Step into the shaded and enclosed backyard, where you’ll find a grill and outdoor seating for dining al fresco and an outdoor shower where you can rinse off after your fun-filled day at the beach.

Upon entry, you'll be met with a bright interior and an airy atmosphere throughout the space. Enter the home through the ground floor, where you’ll find a bedroom with access to the backyard, a full-size bath, and a laundry room. Upstairs, the main level, with a vaulted ceiling and wood fireplace, has an open floor plan with lots of room for family and friends to gather. This level boasts a fully equipped kitchen where the chef in the group will find all the tools needed to whip up a home-cooked meal or just a frothy drink. There’s plenty of seating for planning a game night or enjoying a movie night on the large TV. A cozy sunroom, just off the living room, has yet another TV and can be closed off for those who prefer a quieter environment. It’s the perfect spot for a morning cup of coffee or a relaxing cool drink. There is also a desk and chair where you can catch up on emails using your device. The sunroom has a spiral staircase that leads to a small open-air deck on the third floor, great for catching some rays or just enjoying the scenery.
