House was very close to the beach - just a short walk. Having a wagon to bring the chairs and cooler from the house was a great thing! We really enjoyed our stay

we loved the location with just steps away to the beach. There is still quite a bit of damage surrounding from the hurricane but nothing that was bothersome. There is not many walkable restaurants or stores so having a car is a must unless you want to use the Trolley. The elevator was sporadic but we didn’t needed it other than check in and check out but there are LOTS of stairs!! the place in nicely decorated, we all had our own space and showers for each couple too and the common area on the top floor was perfect for morning coffee and evening drinks and family games the washer did not have an agitator? which was odd so basically the clothes we washed did not come clean at all so that was the biggest issue. there was an ice maker in the master suite but not on the main common area so that was a little odd but not that big of a deal it really was a beautiful home and had so many extras, tons of pillows and extra blankets, towels and beach towels, beach chairs (could probably use a few more of the good beach chairs and not the soccer chairs) but all in all we loved it and had a great time!!! would definitely recommend this to friends and family and may rent again next year too!!
