• Wristbands are required at this complex and must be worn at all times. They are free for guests except for Spring Break and Holy Week. During Spring Break Holy week, wristbands are $40 each to be paid at the office IN CASH when submitting your information upon arrival for your parking permits. There is an ATM down the street from the condos.

We suggest packing insect repellent spray and citronella candles for outdoor use during your stay."
** The host does not guarantee stable wifi services at all times during your stay. This may also affect streaming services for televisions.

This home maintains a strict no-party and no Spring Break policy. Our local South Padre Island team monitors compliance with our rental policies and responds promptly to any complaints from neighbors. If any guests are found to violate these rental policies, it will result in eviction without a refund.
