THINGS TO KNOW

• A queen futon with a pillow and blanket provide extra sleeping space.
• For a $175 per week mandatory rental fee, renters will receive eight wristbands and a keyfob with which to access the clubhouse, wellness center, pools and pickleball courts. The fee is to be collected by Vacasa at least seven days ahead of your arrival, along with your completed registration form. Children five & under do not require a wristband.
• Delaware regulations require all guests to sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.
• Some houses in the neighborhood area are under construction (significant progress is being made).
• Guests can stream with their own accounts (cable is unavailable).
• This property is managed by Vacasa Delaware LLC.

• No pets are allowed at this vacation rental.
