Experience Cape Cod in style and luxury at this beautifully crafted home on the shores of Follins Pond, a gorgeous saltwater inlet. In this beautiful setting, you'll have decks on both levels of the house, a park-like lawn, and a private stretch of saltwater beach, all with gorgeous views of Follins Pond. It's perfect for swimming, kayaking, and paddleboarding. (This inlet is not open-ocean, so it's great for safe water activities.)
This expansive, two-story home sits on the northwestern edge of Follins Pond in Yarmouth Port. The grounds are private and meticulously landscaped, with mature trees lining the back lawn and a staircase leading down to a flagstone patio and a beach at the water's edge.
The other outdoor spaces are truly special, designed for lounging and dining alfresco after a day at the beach. Enjoy a covered front porch with rockers and a swing, a partially shaded deck out back with a gas grill, and an elevated deck that's perfect for cocktails overlooking the lake.
The first-floor interior is a wonderfully open space, where a back wall of windows frame the lawn, the trees, and the lake just beyond. The large kitchen is ideal for entertaining, offering upscale stainless steel appliances, ample cabinet storage, and a peninsula breakfast bar. Arrange appetizers on the adjacent dining table and slide open the glass doors for direct access to the grill and deck.
The house is also full of spaces to relax, including a central living room with a TV mounted among the built-in bookshelves. A second living area awaits upstairs, offering two adjacent sitting rooms, another TV, and a nook with a game table. Of the four bedrooms, three have en suite bathrooms and two boast direct access to the upstairs deck.
