You'll feel right at home in this second-floor home with its subtle coastal decor with pops of bright blue and comfortable furnishings. Enjoy peaceful mornings on your private furnished balcony with picturesque scenery and the big, blue sky. Later, you'll be able to prepare intricate meals in the full kitchen equipped with stainless steel appliances.
A boogie board, mini-golf balls and putters, two beach chairs, and a beach umbrella are available for guest use. After a fun day filled with sand and surf, fall asleep in the comfort of the central air-conditioning and get ready for a new day of adventure. A sofa bed in the living area provides an extra sleeping space.
Horizon South is located on the coveted west end of Panama City Beach, a short walk across the street from where you can access the private Emerald Coast beach. Choose from four large pools and hot tubs, or head to the children's pool with your younger guests. Challenge your friends in the mini-golf area or on the tennis and basketball courts. Inside the clubhouse, you can access an exercise room and pool tables (pool cues not provided).
Should you want to explore, you'll be within walking distance of several gift shops and top-tier restaurants. The bustling Pier Park is only one and a half miles away and offers amusement park rides, restaurants, shopping, and an Imax movie theater. Frank Brown Park, a premier 200-acre facility hosting numerous sports and events, is also just down the road.

Things to Know
Parking passes are $25/vehicle (maximum of two) for a time not to exceed 10 days. Wristbands are $20/person per 7 days not to exceed $40.00 in a continuous maximum stay of six (6) months. Those must be purchased upon arrival at the HOA office, or prior via the link provided. (Wristbands are free for children under the age of 5.)
Golf carts are not permitted on the property unless registered to an owner.
Beach chair service rentals are available from March through October for an additional on-site fee.
