There's a Scotsman commercial ice machine in the rec room, with bags to load up your coolers!

Heartland House is easy to get to and near the amenities you need. Boat and jet ski rentals are available at Cedar Grove Marina and Beach Island Marina. For the boaters, Bubba Brews lakeside bar and grill (with live music in the summer) is less than a 10-minute boat ride, Black Fox Jumping Bridge is a short ride away by boat (lake marker 29) and Jimmy’s Place lakeside restaurant is at lake marker 30 A Walmart, grocery stores, and restaurants are nearby in the town of New Tazewell. The Winery at Seven Springs Farm is about 13 miles away, and the panoramic Woodlake Golf Course, Lodge, and Steakhouse is also 13 miles away. The beautiful Cumberland Gap National Park area is about 24 miles north, with hiking, summer cave tours, and free admission to the park. If you want to visit the city, Knoxville and the University of Tennessee are only a bit further. This peaceful side of the lake is less developed and not as crowded compared to other parts of the lake! From the north, it's an easy drive from the Corbin exit on I-75 via the four-lane US 25.
The fun doesn’t have to stop in the off-season or during cooler weather. Enjoy the relaxing lake and mountain views from the hot tub, or take in the foliage and a good book from the porch swings, rocking chairs, or firepit area. On a cold day, cozy up to the fireplace, watch the lake from the great room windows, and play some of the games and puzzles the house is stocked with. You can also hike in the nearby Cumberland Gap area, play golf at the Woodlake golf course/steakhouse, take a guided fishing tour from Woodlake, visit the Winery at Seven Springs Farm, or go to Knoxville and take in a University of Tennessee/SEC football game. The possibilities are endless. This is a great home for multi-generational family vacations all year round!
