Comfy, quiet and safe 1br Kiawah Island condo, literally steps from beach. Great spot for beachgoers, just walk downstairs and around the back of the condo building and you're on the beach. Easy to drag the cooler and a few chairs/umbrella for a lovely day of sonorous waves and private tranquility. We had a nice stay.

I had a fantastic time at this vacation rental on Kiawah Island! The location is absolutely perfect – you can walk to the beach every morning in just a few minutes, which was such a peaceful way to start each day. The neighborhood is quiet and tranquil, making it an ideal place to relax and unwind. The rental itself was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. That said, there were a couple of small drawbacks. The biggest one for me was the lack of provided coffee – I didn’t expect to have to buy my own, so it was a bit of a hassle. Also, the iron in the unit was a bit old and didn’t work very well, which made getting my clothes ready a bit more difficult than I would have liked. Overall, though, the positives far outweighed the negatives, and I would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful, beachside getaway on Kiawah Island!

So roomy. So organized and well stocked. Best home we’ve been in for comfort, cleanliness, supplies and amenities.
