Hobby chefs will love preparing meals and beach picnic snacks in the full kitchen, equipped with state-of-the-art stainless steel appliances. The main bedroom boasts a TV, ample closet space, an en-suite bathroom with a luxurious walk-in shower, and private deck access. Kids will love bunking down in the bunk beds, creating memories that will last a lifetime. A sofa bed in the living room provides an additional sleeping space.

No current homes or amenities will be affected, though construction equipment may be visible and views may be obstructed in some areas. Construction has been scheduled during certain times of the day to minimize noise and potential disturbances to guests. The work is scheduled to conclude in the next year.

• Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
• Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.
