As you walk back up from the beach each afternoon, you'll be greeted by an outdoor shower, a well-appointed kitchen, and a living room with a large TV and a DVD player. There's high-speed WiFi, a laundry room with a full-size washer/dryer, and three comfortable bedrooms - including a primary suite with a flatscreen TV and an en suite bathroom.

You'll feel miles away from the stresses of daily life, yet you'll also be close to so much. It's a quick, nine-mile drive to get into the heart of historic St. Augustine with its many restaurants, shops, museums, and pedestrian mall. Marineland is five miles south and the quaint town of Flagler Beach is only 20 miles beyond.

• Pool heating costs are automatically added into the fees.

• 2 dogs welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval.
• Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.
• Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.
• 3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 40 per day must be paid prior to check-in. Guests can contact Vacasa after booking to purchase pool heat for your stay.
