There are beach chairs and towels to bring down to the sand, TVs in every room to welcome you back, and free WiFi throughout the condo. Two full bathrooms pair with the two bedrooms, including a primary suite with balcony access.

• Pool wristbands and parking passes must be purchased in the lobby on-site. Each parking pass is $30 plus tax; wristbands are $5 plus tax for anyone over 12 years old.
• There is currently construction along the beach as the county repairs the sea wall. Off the balcony, guests will see and possibly hear working noise from 9:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. To access the beach, guests will need to walk to the Sea Coast II building while wearing their wristbands to reach the beach through the pool area there.
• This condo is located in the car-free section of New Smyrna Beach.
• Coin-operated laundry facilities are on the fourth floor.
