There was a lack of communication for a while, but with the help of the grounds crew we finally got ahold of someone helpful at vacasa. The master bedroom bed has alot to be desired.. it was lumpy and worn-out.. definitely needs replaced. The cleaning crew did not do a very good job on the condo. The floors were very dirty and we had to clean them ourselves before starting out stay. Since the hurricane came in the middle of our stay, we tried to contact vacasa with no help..with the help of (Pete) the grounds manager they finally called us back..by then it was late and we had no chance to leave abs find a place to stay.. we rode out the hurricane in the condo with no electricity and no amenities. So we got 3 good days out of our 7 day stay.

Our stay was amazing. All the extras in the condo were so helpful. Beach towels, cooler and charging blocks in each room. Also the outside closet with chairs and many more things for our use while on the beach. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped also.
