Gorgeous dog-friendly home with fast WiFi, rooftop deck, patios, & two kitchens

This gorgeous La Jolla home has it all – a rooftop deck with peek-boo-views of the Pacific Ocean, two private patios with fire tables, two kitchens, and an updated, light, bright interior. Three bedrooms are part of the main home, and there’s an independent one-bedroom casita as well for those who’re looking for a bit more privacy. The home can accommodate up to 13 lucky guests.

Get breakfast started in the modern, well-equipped kitchen, complete with sparkling stainless steel appliances, lots of cabinets, and plenty of counter space. The casita features another full kitchen (minus a dishwasher), so two chefs can be hard at work at once. The rooftop deck features a peek of the Pacific Ocean, and provides the perfect place to dine alfresco at the table for eight. Dining areas inside include a table for six in the main home and a table for four, plus two pretty sea foam green barstools for two, in the casita.

When it’s time to head out, you’re 0.2 miles from Marine Street Beach. Grab one of the home’s beach towels and make a day of it on the sand. When you return, grab a frosty beverage and head back up to the deck in time for sunset. As night falls, move the party to one of the two patios and turn on the fire tables for added ambiance. Keep dinner simple – you’ve got two gas grills at your disposal – and then end the night on the oversized sectional, streaming your favorite show.

Three of the four bedrooms and the casita’s living room all feature flatscreen TVs as well, so no problem if you can’t agree on what to watch. The main bedroom features a king and an en suite bathroom; another features a queen and direct rooftop deck access. The third bedroom features a twin-over-double and a queen, and the casita bedroom features a queen.

With so much space to both spread out and be together, a great location, and a modern, beachy aesthetic, the only thing missing from this perfect picture is you.
