When you're not playing basketball or enjoying a favorite movie on the patio area's TV, there's plenty of space inside to relax and take in the central air-conditioning. Two refrigerators, including a swanky French door refrigerator, are on hand to hold both dinner ingredients and catches of the day. If someone needs to complete assignments before relaxing, there's a desk workspace with a printer on the middle floor. Mix the beverages and claim your seat on the deck - it's time to relax.
