Things didn't start off on the right foot. Drove 10 hours to the house only to find the code doesn't work. After 45 minutes to an hour on the phone with both office and maintenance we got a code to finally work. House was beautiful and very clean. No one from Vacasa told us or warned us about the pool alarm or how to use it. So after setting it off ten or twenty times I finally figured out how to use it. The house was also well appointed and had everything a person could want. We chose this place for the pool and outdoor living area only to find the TV doesn't work outside. That was frustrating for the first full weekend of football. House was a little warm the first night or two and there was no override for setting a temperature other than the programmed 76 degrees. The daily price for this place wasn't cheap and equal to that of a high end hotel yet you stock it with toilet paper I'd find at any rest area on the way. A lot of room for improvements on Vacasa's part as the management copy for these homeowners. I'm sure the customers could do an equal or better job and save the money they pay you to manage it. Just didn't meet my expectations for communication on how to use the house.

House itself was great, though the porches weren’t cleaned and made them undesirable to use. Pool area was good, only one of the arcade games worked (racing game would turn on but not function). Location was fine. The real challenge was the lock being broken upon arrival and having to call Vacasa three times to get anyone to do something and wound up waiting 3 hours to get into the home. Seems like the homeowners take care of their home, but disappointed in the Vacasa experience.
