It has all the appliances you could ever need to prepare everything, from full-course meals to beach snacks and comfort food. Both bedrooms have comfortable beds and flatscreen TVs, but only the main bedroom has a balcony, a small desk area, a kitchenette with a mini-fridge, microwave, and coffee maker, and an en suite bathroom.

Additionally, we host an annual Wine & Cheese reception with giveaways at both Patricia Grand and Bay Watch in mid-February.
