Set on two-and-a-half wooded acres with 200-feet of riverfront property, this spectacular lodge is ideal for your next large family vacation in the North Georgia mountain town of Ellijay. Take in views of the Coosawattee River from every room of this two-story, four-bedroom vacation rental as well as off the furnished deck complete with a wood-burning fireplace, or from the lower deck that boasts a private hot tub.
Inside, prepare everyone's favorite recipes in the upscale, island kitchen with stainless steel appliances (including three ovens) and gorgeous granite countertops. Enjoy formal meals or family game nights at the large dining table for up to 10 guests, or head outside to the patio for an al fresco dining experience at the table with six chairs. Back inside meet up in the main living area to watch TV in the glow of one of three gas fireplaces found throughout the home.
Upstairs, An adjacent family room includes another TV, a pool table, coffee bar, and a convenient mini fridge.
For outdoor fun, take the steps down to the custom-built firepit near the river, or cast a line and fish directly off the dock. For even more adventure, go tubing or kayaking right from your yard with the provided kayaks or two-person tubes, or head over to the community club house to enjoy the many deluxe amenities offered through the Coosawattee River Resort including indoor and outdoor pools, a fitness center, mini golf course, arcade, and sports courts.
The resort has updated how guests gain access to the amenities on site. The guest will be responsible for purchasing amenity passes at the POA office. Monday-Saturday 9 am- 5 pm. Amenity passes are $59 per card. Each card allows 4 guests to use the amenities during the reservation dates. The POA only takes checks or money orders for payments.
The outdoor pools are open from Memorial Day to Labor Day only.
Fireplaces are operable from October 1st – April 15th only.
