It’s spacious enough to store all your beach gear and conveniently located right by your car and beach access, so you won’t have to carry everything back upstairs!

The use of condo amenities (with no additional resort fee) includes three swimming pools, two libraries, and two fitness centers.

Things to Know

• The community pool is open annually from the beginning of June to the end of August for guest use. Pool dates are weather permitting and at the Condo Association's discretion.
• The Sanctuary HOA schedules structural upkeep during the off-season, blocking off certain sides of the buildings, making it unsafe for our guests to be on the balcony. The balcony may not be available for guests from October to mid-May.
• This property is managed by Vacasa Virginia LLC.
