Inside, the middle floor offers a spacious main gathering area with incredible ocean views, gleaming hardwood floors, ample seating, a wet bar, a fireplace, dining space for the entire group, and a kitchen with granite countertops, upscale cabinetry, and stainless steel appliances (including two ranges, two refrigerators, and two dishwashers). There's also a Keurig coffee maker, so be sure to bring your K-Cups.
In the evenings, screen movies in your own private theater room on the third floor or retreat to the game room with a pool table, a refrigerator, and a wet bar. Play your favorite music on two independent sound systems on the first and second floors, each with outdoor speakers, preset stations, Bluetooth capability, and docking stations.
