There was a lack of communication for a while, but with the help of the grounds crew we finally got ahold of someone helpful at vacasa.
The master bedroom bed has alot to be desired.. it was lumpy and worn-out.. definitely needs replaced.
The cleaning crew did not do a very good job on the condo. The floors were very dirty and we had to clean them ourselves before starting out stay.
Since the hurricane came in the middle of our stay, we tried to contact vacasa with no help..with the help of (Pete) the grounds manager they finally called us back..by then it was late and we had no chance to leave abs find a place to stay.. we rode out the hurricane in the condo with no electricity and no amenities. So we got 3 good days out of our 7 day stay.

The location, ease of check-in/out, the view, and the amenities were all terrific. Our family would definitely stay there again. The only issue we found was that the laundry needs updating. The washer was extremely loud and the dryer needed at least 2 heavy duty cycles to dry towels. This is just something to note if you have young children who nap/go to bed early, and/or you are very busy while there and don't have time to monitor the laundry. However, as I said, everything else was perfect.
