When mealtime comes around, the well-equipped kitchen has all major appliances, including a dishwasher. Dining space abounds with a four-person breakfast bar, a three-person table, and a dining table with enough space for five, plus a breakfast nook-type bench. A small dry bar area with a minifridge is right off of the kitchen. Pour a few glasses of wine and enjoy wholesome conversations with friends by the fireplace. This level also hosts two bedrooms (each with a large TV) and an en suite, full bathroom with a tub/shower combo.
