The Kinnakeeter is located on Oceanview Drive in Avon, a quick drive to multiple restaurants, shops, and the grocery store. The driveway provides plenty of parking space, and there is additional room under the house for storage or parking. A full outdoor bathhouse is located just off the pool area, and all the decks are accessible from the outside, so you can go from the bottom to the top without stepping foot indoors.
The bottom floor is where the fun begins. Kick back at the poolside tropical bar with your favorite tunes playing on the outdoor surround sound speakers as the family makes their way back and forth from the beach. Afterward, head inside to shoot a game of pool and make a drink in the downstairs bar and kitchenette. If you are feeling sunburnt, find your favorite movie to watch in the cool AC of the 12-seat theater room. The kids will be extremely happy to make this floor their home for the week with a primary double bunk bedroom located down the hall.

There are two dining room tables, one of which seats everyone, and another pub-style table that seats even more guests. Cooking, drinking, and laughing up here with your loved ones with the ocean as your backdrop will surely create memories that will last a lifetime. - Pool heat is available for an additional $85/night fee, with at least 24-48 hours advance notice. Pool heat cannot be purchased from mid-June to mid-September.
