Visit Gulf beaches at a moment’s notice or set sail from the backyard - this property also boasts the only private deepwater dock in the area, complete with four boat slips.
Occupying the entire ground level, both homes have a private garage offering plenty of parking and storage. Each garage has two kayaks and a paddleboard that can be launched from the docks, with direct access to the backyard’s firepit area. The property’s elevator stops at all three levels of the home.
The main level of both homes provides a suite with its own en-suite bathroom. Indulge your inner chef in either sparkling full kitchen, complete with everything you need to create beach snacks and home-cooked meals. Each home’s great room provides dining space as well as a living area with plush seating for the group. Step out to the deck and screened lanai for an afternoon cookout - both homes also have a gas grill and alfresco dining space.
On each home’s top floor, you’ll find two more bedrooms (one a suite complete with an en-suite bathroom). They each also have a top-floor balcony, perfect for stargazing and fresh air. For extra sleeping space - one home has a queen air mattress, while the other holds a queen sofabed in the top-floor suite.
