Next time you're rolling through Moab, treat yourself with a stay in this comfortable townhouse. Offering access to a shared pool and hot tub plus a great location close to everything, up to eight guests will enjoy this dog-friendly townhouse.

Sitting just six miles from downtown Moab and 11 or so miles from stunning Arches National Park, you'll have both conveniences and an abundance of outdoor activities very close by! Other nearby places you might check out include Canyonlands National Park, Dead Horse Point State Park, and Newspaper Rock.

The townhouse itself has a bright atmosphere with large picture windows offering scenic views of the Moab Rim. In the living room, sink into the leather sofa or one of the armchairs and ease into the carefree mindset of vacation. You might peruse the books on the shelf for one that catches your eye, or just enjoy a pleasant conversation with some background music playing on the stereo.

After a long day, you might prefer to relax in front of the flatscreen cable TV with a DVD in front of the gas fireplace. WiFi is available for browsing the internet, as well.

On the other side of the open room is the kitchen and dining area - where you'll find everything you need to make and enjoy home-cooked meals. Plenty of counter space and a few bonuses amenities like a blender, coffeemaker, and dishwasher make cooking easy-breezy. Six guests will fit easily around the table and there's extra seating at the breakfast bar.

Outside, enjoy meals on the private patio at the table for six. There's also a gas grill for barbequing and a lawn that dogs are certain to love. Your four-legged friends are more than welcome to stay here, though please note a two-dog maximum and a small, nightly pet fee.

A private washer/dryer are great for refreshing any laundry you may have, and in addition to the standard beds, there are two rollaway beds for additional sleeping options. Other extras include a gas fireplace, large flatscreen TV, and full private bath in the spacious master suite. And the second bedroom has another flatscreen TV, as well.

This townhouse is perfect for a family or two, and also a group of friends - you'll be so close to Arches, you'll have to make excuses not to go. Pack a lunch, camera, and a lot of water, and spend the day hiking and discovering breathtaking beauty around every turn. Afterwards, head back to town for a hearty meal at one of the great restaurants downtown Moab has to offer.

If you haven't had your fill of the great outdoors, take a whitewater rafting trip on the Colorado River, go rock climbing, or mountain bike on delightfully smooth sandstone at the Slickrock Trail. To cap off a great vacation, take a sunset hot air balloon ride to get a spectacular perspective on life and the world below.
