It has been recently updated with nice touches throughout, providing guests with a nice little abode to truly relax and disconnect. Featuring a fully equipped kitchen, two loft areas, and a new central air conditioning replaced in the Fall of 2024. Guests will have everything needed for a comfortable stay. The spacious outdoor area includes dining chairs and corn hole. Just a short drive from the Guadalupe River and the lake, this cozy abode is the perfect place to relax after exploring all that Canyon Lake has to offer. Enjoy live music at the Whitewater Amphitheater or float the Guadalupe River Horseshoe - both are just minutes away. You'll also be close to Gruene, with antiques, boutiques, restaurants, and the oldest dance hall in Texas. New Braunfels is a great place to cool off, and Schlitterbahn Waterpark is less than 20 miles away.

Due to severe drought conditions as of November 1, 2024, all public boat ramps to Canyon Lake are closed. No refunds or discounts will be given for water levels. For the most current information on the lake water levels and boat access please visit the Canyon Lake Website.
Due to the Hill Country location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis, BUT this does not guarantee pests/bugs/critters will not be visible.
