This home was built in 2021. Hikers can explore the grounds on foot, while birders can marvel at the aviary built by the previous owners. When you're ready to get out and explore the area, you'll be an easy drive from Occidental (four miles), Sebastopol (five miles), Bodega Bay (14 miles), and Healdsburg (18 miles).

Whether you spend your time wine-tasting, hiking, cycling, or kayaking the Russian River, you'll find a wonderful spot to unwind at the day's end on the front porch.
