A private deeded access at the beginning of the street allows direct access to the Gulf right along Lagoon Pass without having to cross the street. The subdivision also has a boat ramp (a key in the home gives you access) and a long fishing pier with a gazebo at the end, all within sight of the home's backyard deck.
