THINGS TO KNOW

• Light construction will commence nearby from Sept 2023 to May 2024. Usual hours of intermittent construction are from Monday through Friday 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. with occasional weekday work until 6:30 p.m. Construction will not occur on weekends. Rates have been discounted by 10% for all booking stays between now and May 2024 to compensate for any inconvenience.
• Due to the moderate coastal climate, this home (like most in the area) does not have air conditioning.
• Our rental agreement includes a no-tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy, and parties. Deposit forfeitures and evictions are strictly enforced. Please ensure you are comfortable with these policies before renting with Vacasa Seasonals, Inc.
• Reservations for this home will not be refunded if canceled within 60 days of arrival.
