This incredible newly furnished home is perfectly located on the Newport Beach boardwalk, a short walk to the Newport Beach Pier, Blackie's Surf Spot, and a whole host of shops, restaurants, and parks. The rooftop deck features amazing views of the Pacific Ocean, where on a clear day you can see Rancho Palos Verdes, the Newport Pier, the Balboa Pier, and Catalina Island! This private deck has a grill and a dining table with other chairs so the entire family can relax together. This is truly a unique gem.

As you enter this dog-friendly retreat up the first flight of stairs, the beautiful second-story living room offers breathtaking ocean views through telescopic glass doors. The balcony has seating for two, where you can watch an incredible sunset, enjoy the ocean breeze, or people-watch. The living room features a TV, recessed lighting, and a Juliette balcony. The fireplace in this room has a remote and also a touch screen for your convenience. Stepping into the beautiful newly furnished kitchen, you will see stainless steel appliances, ample counter space, a pantry, and wonderful views of the Pacific Ocean. Gather together at the dining table, while the kitchen counter offers additional seating.

Going up the next flight of stairs, you will find a guest bedroom with a California king bed, TV, and access to the guest bathroom. The primary suite has a king bed, TV, and a custom en suite bathroom with dual sinks, built-in shelves, and a large standalone shower.

Up the next flight of stairs will land you on the spectacular rooftop deck and the third bedroom which is an incredible space to enjoy the sights and sounds of the ocean.
