The world-class Ritz Carlton resort, as well as Dana Point Harbor and Laguna Beach, are also nearby making this a great location for your seaside vacation.
Its very quiet location makes it even more enticing as it is just above one of the three spas, and very close to the community pool and the gym. There are so many ways to relax and recharge with yourself or others; whether you stay within Ritz Point, or venture out from this prime location that showcases all the best that Southern California has to offer!
When you enter this 1200 sq. ft. 1-story, 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo, you will immediately notice the dark hardwood flooring and the plantation shutters so you can have just the right amount of light any time of day or night. In the living room - enjoy the comfortable seating surrounded by a cozy gas burning fireplace, and a flat screen TV - or relax and feel the ocean breezes on the private, wrap around patio just outside.
The large, eat-in gourmet kitchen with granite counters and rich maple cabinetry, is the perfect place to prepare meals and provides seating for 4. When you don’t feel like cooking, there are lots of restaurants nearby that feature various cuisines.
There are two bedrooms - a master with a king bed, and a second with a full bed. Each bedroom has a walk in closet and a flat screen TV. The living room includes a queen pullout sofa so 6 can sleep in beds. Both the king master en suite and the shared hallway bath have a tub/shower combination and beautiful granite counters. And of course, all bedrooms and baths are furnished with luxury linens so you can feel even more pampered.
Additional amenities include air conditioning, 1 carport parking space (Guest Spaces are available as well), WIFI, cable and a DVR. There is also a separate laundry room on the patio with a full-size washer and dryer.
