• This home is in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no-tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy, or parties. Deposit forfeitures and evictions are strictly enforced. Please ensure you are comfortable with these policies before renting with Vacasa Seasonals, Inc.
• Reservations for this home will not be refunded if canceled within 60 days of arrival.

• 2 dogs welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval.
• Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.
• Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.
• Security camera details: There are three active, exterior security cameras: one above the front door facing the street, one above the BBQ in the left patio, and one above the common patio area outside the living room.
• 1 day notification is required in order to heat the pool and pool spa.
