• *This home's pool and spa heating system does not allow both amenities to be heated simultaneously. Because of the pool's large size and deep depth, the heating costs are higher than in other homes. Heating is not required, though.
• This home is in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no-tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy, or parties. Deposit forfeitures and evictions are strictly enforced. Please ensure you are comfortable with these policies before renting with Vacasa Seasonals, Inc.
• Reservations for this home will not be refunded if canceled within 60 days of arrival.

• 2 dogs welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval.
• Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.
• Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.
• Security camera details: There are three active, exterior security cameras: one above the front door facing the street, one above the BBQ in the left patio, and one above the common patio area outside the living room.
• 1 day notification is required in order to heat the pool and pool spa. A fee of USD 150 per day must be paid prior to check-in. Guests can contact Vacasa after booking to purchase pool and pool spa heat for your stay.
