Great place! Very spacious for our family of 4! Just a little tlc is needed. Some of the kitchen and island chairs were starting to break. And the fridge light needs replaced, not big deal! Loved that there was pots and pans and a dishwasher!! Probably how the building has settled but you had to pull of the door right after you type in the code to get the electric dead bolt to unlock. probably the most comfortable beds ive ever slept in on vacatation! We also loved that they provided extra EXTRA towels. The double balcony was a huge plus for us! We also loved the quietness! We didn't realize this building was people's homes not a hotel. Which was actually alot nicer. The people were very friendly and helped us out with any questions we had! If we come back to ocean city. We will go back to this home ❤️

- Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
- All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
