There is a beautiful oceanfront living room with a large balcony to match the million-dollar view of the ocean, dolphins, and sunrises! There is an ocean view from the kitchen too! Enjoy beautiful sunsets over the bay from the bedrooms. There is a large flatscreen TV in the living room, with two more TVs in the other rooms. This home is bright and beach-themed for kids and adults alike. You'll even have a private washer/dryer during your stay. On-site amenities include an indoor pool and an owner-supplied beach locker to store your umbrella and chairs. There is parking, and you will also be on the bus line to the famous boardwalk as well as the Delaware border. The grocery store is just across the street. Come make lifelong family memories!
Things to Know
- A non-refundable $50 building administration fee is due immediately upon check-in. The fee covers guests' use of all amenities plus parking for 1 vehicle. A second pass is $10 a night or $70 a week. Towing is enforced with vehicles without a pass. Charges occur and parking permits are used from May 1 through October 31. Off season, parking is not charged nor are parking permits handed out.
- The indoor pool at the Century1 building does not open until Memorial Day weekend and closes the first of October.
- The Century 1 bulding includes climbing steps to reach your vacation rental.
- Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
