The location and size of this condo is great. The pool is literally right under the bedroom window and can be very difficult to sleep before 10:00. The couch is very uncomfortable and should not be planned to sleep on. Plenty of room for our little family for meals, games, etc. Great for skiing with direct access to Park City. Parking was great for one car.

This unit is so close to the lift it feels like you are staying inside the mountain. Its perfect for kids that need to go to ski school. Drop off is a couple steps away. One negative about the property would be the lack of a swimming pool and the hot tub. There is a hot tub, but it is not very appealing. The other negative would be the elevators. When you arrive with a lot of luggage, it might be annoying. You need to take 2 elevators to reach the unit from the parking lot. On a regular ski day, we would just take one flight of stairs to reach the unit, no problem. All in all, we loved staying here, the proximity is super convenient. The unit is also very comfortable. We were, a family, 2 adults, 3 kids. It worked out perfectly. The 3 showers are a big plus!

Very convenient for skiing and walking into downtown Park City (0.4mi); only drawback was no ski locker (minor inconvenience).
One parking spot--and the inability to purchase a second--proved challenging for our party of six (who required two cars to travel).
Guest services was only moderately responsive; we were short linens and paper products (toilet paper!); the latter was never resolved despite asking for over 24 hours.
