Highlights include a chef’s kitchen, a golf-view balcony, and a bunk room that doubles as a game room or workspace. With each bedroom on its own floor, this three-story layout offers the ultimate privacy for your group. As part of the stunning Palmilla Beach Resort & Golf Community, enjoy access to the groomed beach, renowned restaurants, and a beautifully redesigned 9-hole golf course.

Enjoy access to incredible amenities, including two elegant resort-style pools that are heated during our winter season. A designated area at the beach with food services and air-conditioned bathrooms. During the summer, poolside cabanas, golf carts, beach chairs, and umbrellas are available to rent via Guest Services.

Indoors, unwind in the open living area, complete with tasteful decor and a smart TV. Release your inner chef in the sparkling kitchen, fitted with a full suite of stainless steel appliances including a French-door fridge and a gas stove. Sip morning coffee at the breakfast bar. When dinner is served, the dining table has space for everyone.

This townhouse sleeps eight guests in three bedrooms. The primary suite has a king bed, a smart TV, and a private balcony. The en-suite bathroom has a walk-in shower. The second suite has a king bed, a smart TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

Occupying the entire third floor, the bunk room doubles as a game room and has two twin-over-twin bunk beds and a TV with an Xbox 360. (This private space does not have a door.) A table can be used as a daytime workspace or for game nights. The en-suite bathroom has a tub/shower combination. A half bath provides added convenience.

Outside, enjoy the coastal breeze on the covered balcony, complete with Restoration Hardware lounge seating and a gas grill. Take in sweeping views of the golf course along with stunning Port A sunsets.

Construction has been scheduled during certain times of the day to minimize noise and potential disturbances to guests. The work is scheduled to conclude in the next year.
