THINGS TO KNOW

• Occupancy and parking are strictly enforced. Guests in violation will be removed. Boat trailers do not count as a vehicle and must be parked in the driveway of the unit. The vehicle that has been displaced by the trailer must be parked at overflow parking on the island or at the community park. Weddings, parties, and RVs are not permitted on-site.
• The all-season resort infinity pool is unheated.
• The unheated community pool is closed from November 7th until the second week in January.

• No pets are allowed at this vacation rental.
