Upstairs, there are three balconies, each with a fantastic view of the golf course, distant marina, and glimpse of the Gulf and dunes. Off the main living area, the front balcony has a table, four chairs, and a swing. The side balcony, off the dining area, has seating for four.
On the lower level, you’ll find a front and side porch, as well as a grill and an outdoor shower with teak floor mats.
Guests will have access to the shared pool, located across the street, firepit, outdoor seating and gazebo.
