The remodeled space boasts a sleek black and white color scheme with amenities including a firepit in the shared courtyard and a community propane grill with barbecue tools in your unit. This retreat is within walking distance of bustling breweries, a slew of local restaurants, the gondola at Heavenly, and the sapphire-blue waters at Lakeside Beach. (Lakeside Beach is a privately-owned beach open to the public with the purchase of an entrance fee.)

The high-class kitchen features natural stone countertops, a stainless steel island, and updated appliances. A dining table offers comfortable seating for six. Retreat to the primary bedroom, outfitted with a king bed, ceiling fan, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom also has a king bed, and the second bathroom features a double vanity and tub/shower combination.

Walk 12 minutes to Lakeside Beach, or gather around the firepit in the shared courtyard. Whip up dishes on the communal propane grill. Complimentary WiFi and parking for two cars. A hot tub (in the central courtyard, approximately 100 feet away) is shared with four other vacation rentals. Outdoor wood-burning fires and charcoal grills are prohibited per local ordinances.
