Do some serious power shopping at the Tahoe Crescent V Shopping Center, only 12 minutes away on foot or 10 minutes by bus.

Get a birds' eye view of the area on the Heavenly Mountain Resort gondola (2 minutes) and tear up the powder on the resort's slopes. In the summer months, biking and hiking allow you to see the beautiful mountain sights.

For even more summer fun, Ski Run Marina (3 minutes) rents boats for water skiing and wakeboarding, or just cruising if you're feeling more low-key.

Strict ordinances govern Lake Tahoe vacation rentals and cannot be used for any parties/weddings/receptions. Maximum allowable occupancy is 4 people and 2 cars , enforced/patrolled 24 hours/day. Excessive noise or over-occupancy at any time of day will result in guest fine up to $2,000 (as well as any fines assessed against the homeowner).
