INSIDE THE CONDO

Sep inside the condo's window-lined, open-concept living space and find cool tile flooring, peaceful wall colors, and an understated ocean theme that highlights each room.

To your right is the living room and dining area, detailed with a queen sofa bed, armchairs, and a glass dining table for six. Watch your favorite shows on the 40” Roku TV, or curl up on a cozy armchair with a good book—there's plenty of warm table lighting all around.

Straight ahead and to the left is the kitchen, where there are 4 additional seats at a breakfast bar over-hung with elegant pendant lighting. Kitchen amenities include a full-size fridge, electric stove/oven, dishwasher, and a double-bay stainless steel sink. Plenty of counter space, cookware, and appliance extras make this space a venerable playground for the chefs in your party!

A hallway leads to the guest bathroom and 2 bedrooms. The guest bedroom is your first left and has a queen bed peppered with a shell and sea star pattern. The large guest bathroom is across the hall and features a tub/shower, sink, and toilet, plus a washer/dryer set in the closet. The primary bedroom awaits at the end of the hall. This sunlit sanctuary offers a queen bed with fresh linens, a desk and chair, a flat-screen TV, and a bird's-eye view of the pool from a private balcony. An en-suite bath offers a spacious walk-in glass shower, sink, and toilet.
