This gated condo community has parking for two for each unit. From the parking lot, walk between the units and head up a set of stairs to the condo.Enter into a well-equipped kitchen with tile floors, granite counters, and full-size appliances for whipping up meals and snacks. You’ll also find little extras like a coffee maker, blender, slow cooker, pots/pans, wine rack, and water
dispenser in the fridge door. Sit down for meals at the formal dining table just off the kitchen or at the kitchen bar. Just off the living room, there is a private balcony. When it’s time to relax and unwind, choose a spot in the living room on the plush recliner, couch, or loveseat. Fun marine and beach décor bring the beach feeling inside. Watch a movie on the 55-inch flatscreen TV and enjoy a quiet night in.

Make sure your beach towels are dry and ready for another day at the beach thanks to a stackable washer and dryer off the kitchen. High-end touches set off the shared bathroom, which has a fully tiled tub/shower combination. Those upgraded finishes continue into the main suite, boasting a king bed, wall-mounted TV, two closets, and private single vanity just inside the bedroom. Getting ready is a pleasure in the en-suite bathroom, outfitted with a tiled tub/shower combination. Guests are also pampered in the second bedroom, equipped with two full-size beds, a ceiling fan, 32-inch wall-mounted TV, and a large picture window.

• Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
• Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.
