This home sleeps eight guests in three bedrooms. Two bathrooms are each stocked with a complimentary supply of toiletries and bath amenities. The primary bedroom has a king bed, 42” flat-screen TV with cable. The en-suite bathroom features a double vanity and tub/shower combination. The second bedroom is complete with a full-size bed, 42” flat-screen TV, and access to a private covered balcony. The third bedroom offers two full-size beds and a 40” flat-screen TV. The second bathroom has a tub/shower combination.

  Access Instructions:
  From the open parking area, follow the pathway north past the elevated tennis and basketball courts towards the office labeled ‘Ocean Vista’ to register and pay the $40 registration fee and collect wristbands . The office will be located on the right side -- office hours are Monday - Friday, 9:00AM - 5:00PM. All guests must register at the office.

NO PARTY POLICY: This home maintains a strict no-party and no-spring break policy. Our local South Padre Island team monitors compliance with our rental policies and responds promptly to any complaints from neighbors. If any guests are found to violate these rental policies, it will result in eviction without a refund. If you have any questions or concerns about your compliance, please get in touch with us right away so we can ensure you have a safe and happy vacation.
