Dog-Friendly Fully Remodeled Home at Lost Colony w/ Ocean View - Close to Beach

This renovated 3BR/2.5BA home is only steps from the beach and pool at Lost Colony, the only resort community in Port Aransas that sits directly on the closest dunes to the beach. You'll love the amazing ocean views from the two outdoor decks, and you'll be only minutes away from all the Port A shops, restaurants, and attractions.

Two oceanfront decks are perfect for family gatherings or quiet relaxation: a large second-story deck has room for the group to dine and lounge, while a small third-story deck off the master bedroom is a quiet place for morning coffee or evening conversation.

Property is 100 feet from the beach. The boardwalk to the beach is right off the deck and the pool is behind the home.

INSIDE THE HOUSE

Featuring comfortable seating in seashore colors, driftwood accents and a large flat-screen TV, the open living room is ideal for post-beach gatherings. Here, a queen-size Murphy bed folds out to accommodate two additional guests.

Adjacent, a sun-filled dining area features a wooden table with chair and bench seating for six. Open the doors to the patio to let the ocean breeze in, or take your meals outside and enjoy them on a second-story oceanfront deck.

Three bedrooms offer plush bedding and cozy accommodations. An ocean-view third-floor master suite has a king-size bed, abundant natural light and access to a private balcony where two can lounge in the sun.

The second bedroom, also on the third floor, sleeps three with a twin-over-full bunk bed. Just off the living area on the second floor, a third bedroom with bright and cheery décor offers a queen-size bed.

Enjoy the convenience of two and half bathrooms, updated and full of beach chic finishes. Upstairs you’ll find two full bathrooms, one with a tub/shower combination and one with a walk-in shower. On the second story is an additional half bath.

Guest amenities include parking for up to four vehicles and a washer/dryer.

Here, you’re perfectly positioned to make the most of your Lost Colony location. Soak in the sun by the community pool, just steps away, or wander the wooden boardwalk just outside your home that leads right to the sun, surf and sand.

You’re just 10 minutes from downtown’s shopping, dining, nightlife and excitement. Enjoy casual fare in laidback digs at Beach and Station Street Grill or gourmet seafood and steak at Roosevelt’s.

THINGS TO KNOW
LOCAL ORDINANCES Due to the extreme risk to individual safety and property, city ordinance strictly prohibits the use of any type of cooking grills within 10' of a rental home, and never on any decks or balconies. Violators are subject to significant fines from the city and are responsible for all damage and liabilities. In addition to penalties enforced by the city, any renter that is caught violating the ordinance will be subject to a $1,000 fine by Lost Colony. Please help ensure a safe stay for you and all of those around you by adhering to this ordinance.
