ABOUT THE CONDO

This top corner-unit has views of the Gulf and a deck outside with an outdoor table and chairs overlooking the golf course. Inside, an open concept living space is outfitted with tiled floors, a 56” flat-screen TV with soundbar, and a sectional with a queen sleeper sofa. The dining area has a four-seat table, while the kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances and granite countertops.

The master bedroom has a king bed and a comfortable chair as well as a 56” LG flat-screen TV so you can watch TV in your PJs! The adjoining bathroom is spacious and indulgent, with a soaker tub, walk-in shower, and double vanity. The guest bedroom has a queen bed, 36' TV, and walk-in closet, plus a second bathroom with a double vanity and tub/shower combination. A stackable washer/dryer set is located in a cupboard.

During the summer, poolside cabanas, golf carts, beach chairs, and umbrellas are available to rent via Guest Services. The newly redesigned 9-hole course incorporates the best of true links-style play and winds its way throughout the Palmilla Beach Resort Community.
