From the parking area, enter into the condo, boasting a tasteful muted coastal color palette. The guest bath is conveniently located just off the foyer hallway and offers a tiled tub/shower combination and granite vanity.

Lots of natural light and plenty of space in the main living and dining area, kitchen, and living room. Congregate around the six-seat dining table for meals or a family game. Extra guests can belly up to the three-seat kitchen island bar.

Gorgeous blues, greens, and whites are on display in the modern kitchen, featuring quartz countertops and backsplash and full-size stainless steel appliances including a stove/oven, dishwasher, and side-by-side fridge. A full-size pantry and plenty of storage and counter space make meal prep a breeze.
