Noise violations, charcoal grilling, or any other violations of the HOA rules will result in an immediate $250 fine.

Rentals during spring break/Easter week (Semana Santa) will be restricted to families only. Young children must be in the company of their parents, grandparents, or immediate relatives with parental authority. Except for married couples, a group of adult siblings or relatives without one or both parents, grandparents, or adults with parental authority may not rent a condo at The Dolphins during spring break or Semana Santa. Violations will result in eviction and liability for all fines levied by the Condo Association, plus a 10% processing fee.

NO PARTY POLICY: This home maintains a strict no-party and no-spring break policy. Our local South Padre Island team monitors compliance with our rental policies and responds promptly to any complaints from neighbors. If any guests are found to violate these rental policies, it will result in eviction without a refund. If you have any questions or concerns about your compliance, please contact us right away so we can ensure you have a safe and happy vacation.
