Situated directly adjacent to the Kicking Horse lift, this 5BR/3.5BA (plus loft) home boasts gorgeous mountain views and enviable ski-in/ski-out access to the slopes. Enjoy access to Granby Ranch membership perks, which include mountain biking trails and prime fishing, as well as a clubhouse with a heated pool and hot tub for a nominal fee.

Return home to grill alfresco meals on your private patio. Inside, three floors of inviting living space promote relaxation and quality time.

LIVING AREA

A gas fireplace with stone surround brings the warm ambience of an upscale lodge to the first living area. Snuggle up on plush furnishings and watch favorite shows on the 50” smart TV.

The second living area features a large sectional and a 55” TV.

KITCHEN & DINING

Prepare hearty mountain meals in the modern kitchen, appointed with spacious granite counters and stainless steel appliances. Start your vacation days with morning coffee at the island bar for three.

When it’s time to eat, gather around the table for six in the dining area. (A card table and four chairs are provided for additional dining space.)

BED & BATH

This home sleeps 10 guests in five bedrooms and a loft area with a queen futon. There are additional accommodations for four children in bunk beds.

Sleep soundly on a stately king bed in the primary bedroom. The en-suite has a tub/shower combination.

The second bedroom holds a queen bed, while the third is furnished with a full-size bed. The second bathroom has a tub/shower combination.

A plush queen bed promises restful nights in the fourth bedroom. Two twin-over-twin bunk beds await in the fifth bedroom.

The third bathroom includes a tub/shower combination, and a half bath provides added convenience.

OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES

The front porch offers a shady retreat on sunny days. Kick back in Adirondack chairs and admire views of your peaceful neighborhood.

The Kicking Horse lift passes gracefully above your back patio. Relax around the gas firepit as burgers sizzle on the grill.

Enjoy access to the nearby Club at Granby Ranch, featuring a hot tub and heated pool (open year-round) for a fee of $10/day per person. Children eight and under are free of charge; access is always subject to availability. The Club is located 0.8 miles from your vacation rental.
