• This studio is part of an older historical building with multiple units, so guests may hear noises from adjacent units. Several other units are available in the same property for rent to accommodate a group. Inquire if you need to sleep more than four people.
• The home is located near the train tracks (all Santa Barbara beachfront properties share this feature) and the 101 freeway. If you are sensitive to noise when you sleep, we recommend using the earplugs provided in each unit. While the noise doesn't bother most guests, we like to be transparent so there are no surprises.
