• SeaSpray is currently undergoing construction. Construction will be ongoing through mid-April 2024. There is the potential for construction noise in the condo during the week. The condo balcony furniture has been removed for the time being as they are working on them and the pools are closed. The hot tub in the east building is open. Direct beach access is still available.
